It is an honour for Singapore to be given the opportunity to organise the inaugural Youth Olympic Games 2010. Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA) is fully committed to providing our full support to the YOG. One way of making our contribution to the YOG is to prepare a strong team of young table tennis players to compete in the YOG and win glory for Singapore.

STTA has come up with a 22 months training plan to prepare our young athletes for the YOG. The preparation plan will include 12 sessions a week of intensive local and overseas training. The team will also be given the full coaching and other technical supports.

c. The applicant must have good performance with at least a top 16 in any local individual table tennis championships organised by STTA or inter school table tennis championships in the last three years-2006-2008.

If you meet the above criteria and have the commitment, potential and passion for table tennis, we welcome you to complete the attached application form and submit it to STTA, 297-C, Toa Payoh Lorong 6, Singapore 319389 before 14 Oct 2008.
